Return & Exchange Eligibility
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery, only if:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The product is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened perfumes
- Used products
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after inspection.
- Refunds are processed in cash for COD orders only, after inspection.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- Paid by the customer unless the error or damage is from our side.
Documentation
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required for all return or refund requests.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
